Nominate a Community Service Leader

Each year, we invite nominations from the Plymouth community. These nominations are carefully considered by the Edward W. Santos Community Service Award Board of Directors. The selected individual is announced in November, and their name is added to a permanent tribute that cites the year of their recognition. The award is presented as part of an annual celebration.
